Benefits of Arkansas Vehicle Titles
As experts in the field of vehicle titling and as a registered Arkansas dealer, Maple Leaf Importing has created a method of getting your imported vehicles ready for legal pickup more quickly!
There is a 30 day hold for imported vehicles in Michigan. During that time, several processes can take place. The speedometer can be converted to MPH, all repairs and recalls can be performed, the vehicle can be cleaned and/or detailed, etc. The only exception is applying for a Michigan Title. You cannot apply for a Michigan title until a bond release is obtained (25-28 days) or the 30 day hold is complete. After that, a dealer must wait an additional week for their Michigan Title to process.
As a solution to this delay issue, Maple Leaf Importing obtains Arkansas Titles for many clients. Arkansas has different requirements for titling. Titles can be applied for the day the vehicle hits our lot. They usually process within 2 weeks! That means no waiting after the 30 day hold or bond release!
